Force Majeure Invoked – Strike Preparations

September 14, 2022

Norfolk Southern continues to enact its contingency plans for a possible controlled shutdown of the network.  The goal is to ensure that in the event of a work stoppage, crews, equipment, and freight safely reach their destinations with minimal disruption.  Due to the potential work stoppage, Triple Crown Services will need to invoke Force Majeure and suspend rail operations.

Force Majeure is effective Wednesday September 14, 2022, at 08:00am (EST) on all traffic moving through any part of Triple Crown’s system.
