Equipment Pools & Usage Guidelines

Triple Crown Services (TCS) may provide trailers or containers for customer use at designated pool locations. Equipment is managed on a first-in, first-out basis, and customers are responsible for its condition while in their care. TCS retains the right to inspect, relocate, or remove equipment as needed. Transfers between pools do not reset usage timelines, and customers must notify TCS when equipment is no longer needed. Misuse of TCS equipment or delays in returning it may result in additional charges. For private equipment, customers assume full responsibility unless damage during TCS transport is confirmed.
