Avoiding Freight Claims
At Triple Crown Services, Inc. our goal is to deliver your freight incident free. We will work with you to avoid damage claims. In an effort to reduce damage claims, TCS can make arrangements for a Norfolk Southern Loading Securement Solutions representative to explain proper loading, blocking and bracing techniques.

Filing a Freight Claim with TCS

In the unfortunate event that you do need to file a claim, we will accept any standardized claim form along with the following:

• Manufacturer's invoice
• Salvage allowance
• Pictures
• Other supporting documentation

Please remember that freight claims must be received within 9 months from date of delivery.

TCS shall not be liable for any claims of less than a minimum claim amount of $250.00
