Quality is the primary focus at Triple Crown, and our dedication to providing the best service and value to our customers is evident through our
quality programs. |
Formalization of our quality programs took shape in July, 1998,
when Triple Crown Services became an ISO-registered company. Completing a rigorous training,
documentation, and auditing process, Triple Crown attained ISO 9002
registration, surpassing initial standards and maintaining today even the most
rigorous service standards. |
In September, 1999, Triple Crown was presented the 1999 State
of Indiana Quality Improvement Award. The award, presented by Indiana Lt.Governor Joe Kernan, recognized
Triple Crown’s significant effort in instituting and implementing our formal
quality procedures. |
In October, 2000, Triple Crown Services was presented its second State
of Indiana Quality Improvement Award. The achievement is significant for its recognition of Triple Crown’s
commitment to continuous improvement in all areas of its service and
operations. |
In August 2001, Triple Crown Services was awarded recertification
for its continued compliance with the ISO 9002 standard. |
In late 2003, Triple Crown surpassed revised and more rigorous
ISO standards and was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification. |
